Shipping Rates
We ship
all of our beads via first class mail with delivery confirmation for
a flat $2.50 - and will even combine purchases from our website
and ebay together (as long as you let us know BEFORE you pay
and the purchases are all made within a 7 day period) to save
you the extra shipping!
Insurance
is optional but highly recommended for an additional
$1.65.
Shipping Times
Shipping time on purchases from our website can
vary depending on what and how much you're buying. If you're
buying a one-of-a-kind (beads or jewelry) then shipping can be
within 24 hours of payment. For reproduction sets and spacers
it can take up to a week just depending on Doug's work schedule and
how many orders we have to fill. I will always email you upon
receipt of your order to give you an estimated time of shipping, and
then again when your order is actually complete and heading off to
the Post Office, so that will take the guess work out of it
for you!

Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchases so we offer a 100% satisfaction gaurantee! If
you aren't entirely happy with your beads, just let us know
within 7 days! If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund
your money upon receipt of the
beads.
